The repertoire blends a heartfelt tribute to Franco D’Andrea—an essential yet often under-recognized figure in Italian jazz—with original compositions that highlight the creative, refined exchange between two energetic and complementary musical personalities.

The Modular Duo format allows the music to expand beyond the duo itself: thanks to arrangements conceived as independent modules, the project can welcome a third musician—drummer, pianist or guitarist—while preserving its identity and opening new timbral and improvisational possibilities.

Despite its essential instrumentation, the music remains surprisingly rich: sophisticated arrangements, tight interplay and a keen command of diverse musical languages create a vibrant, immersive sound experience that captivates the listener from start to finish.
